Mary Ball Washington Museum Special Saturday Hours & Gift Shop Sale
10:00 AM TO 2:00 PM
Rt 3 across from Lancaster Courthouse
Special Saturday museum hours 10:00-2:00 and one-day gift shop sale. Mark-downs on several items, plus MBW members will receive a bonus discount of 15% off regular-priced merchandise and 10% off regular-priced books and publications. Only a few items on consignment will be excluded. This sale is a special opportunity since the Museum and Gift Shop are normally closed on Saturdays, and since the usual member discount is only 10% on merchandise and no savings on books. Members are asked to bring and show their membership cards. Non-members are also welcome to shop, and are invited, but not required, to join. Everyone can take advantage of the reduced prices on specially-marked items. Self-guided tours of the museum exhibits and historic buildings are also available for a $2.00 admission fee.

Kilmarnock Chamber of Commerce Lighted Christmas Parade

The Kilmarnock Chamber of Commerce will be presenting its annual Christmas Parade on Friday, December 12th, 2008 at 7:00 pm. This year’s theme is “A Coastal Christmas”. The Chamber is very excited about the wonderful plans that are unfolding for this year’s event.
